What to Expect During Your Session
There is no “pushing through” here. A session at Nuno Gois Therapies is a quiet, respectful space. Most people feel a sense of “dropping” into relaxation within minutes. You might feel a tiny tingle, followed by a deep sense of being grounded.
To keep the benefits going, I often apply Acuseeds (Ear Seeds) tiny Vaccaria seeds so you can continue to stimulate these “calm points” yourself at home.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Healing isn’t linear, but here is a general guide:
- For recent stress: 3 to 5 sessions usually create a significant shift.
- For long-term patterns: 6 to 12 sessions allow the body to truly “relearn” how to be calm.
